Global warming, climate change, and the destruction of nature have been seen more in our world during recent years. There are many human factors that cause this demolition where it affects every species on this planet. I created a small clothing line that conveys a few of the climate change problems. I based my designs on  melting icebergs, deforestation, and rising sea levels which are a few of the major causes.

     I chose to present these problems through hand embroidery. This method gives the pieces a sense of delicacy and time. During the process, I  learned about the different stitchwork and the ability to choose and compare colors based on the subject. I grasped the idea of mass production for future clothing lines while embroidering my  first garment. This project taught me about embroidery, time, the pace of my work, and ideas  that can be expanded in the future. It helped me to focus on what is happening to our world  and I hope with these garments I can spread that thought process to others.
